The City of Toronto has received Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications as well as Site Plan and Condominium Approval applications for a portion of the property located at 31 Finch Avenue East plus 32, 36 and 38 Olive Avenue to the south. The proposed development on this assembly in the North York Centre area of Willowdale is a 28-storey residential building containing 360 units. The building is being developed by Capital Developments and designed by the architects at IBI Group.
The proposed building has 22,830m² of residential GFA and a density of 5.32 FSI. The building has 1,087m² of amenity space proposed, of which 544m² would be indoor and 543m²??????? would be outdoor. ![]()
